Winter storage

Why is it advisable to store a recreational vehicle in winter?
By parking your vehicle in winter on one of our spaces... You facilitate your next holiday trips to the Landes. Your vehicle will be waiting for you on site!

What type of parking spaces do we offer?
We offer 3 types of parking spaces: outdoor, covered and closed indoor spaces.

What parking space sizes are available?
We have spaces from 18 to 24m², available for vehicles of less or more than 6 metres.

What vehicles are accepted by Caravane Landes?
We accept caravans, boats, camper vans, cars and any other type of vehicle!

Where are the winter storage spaces located?
Our parking spaces are all located in the south of the Landes, close to the coast, in the town of Messanges.

Are the parking spaces monitored?
A video surveillance device is installed at the entrance to the site.

Who to contact if necessary?
An office is located near the parking spaces and is open morning and evening in July and August (from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.). The Agence RESASOL can also be reached throughout the year by telephoning +33 5 58 48 22 00 ou par e-mail : contact@resasol.com

Caravan transport

Which campsites are eligible for caravan transport?
If you are about to stay at Camping Le Vieux Port, or Camping Lou Pignada or Camping Le Domaine de la Marina... We can install your caravan on your camping pitch! The transport is offered at a fixed rate of €60.

What conditions must be met to access the caravan transport service?
The caravan concerned must occupy a winter storage space on the Caravane Landes site.
